Privacy Notice

How SENRAB Tech collects, uses and protects personal information gathered through this website.

Last updated: September 2026

Who we are

SENRAB Tech (“SENRAB”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates this website at senrab.co.uk. We are a UK technology consultancy and implementation business, helping SMEs remove operational friction and implement bespoke systems.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, SENRAB Tech is the controller of the personal information collected through this website. Our full registered company details are being finalised and will be published here once confirmed. In the meantime, contact privacy@senrab.co.uk with any question about who is responsible for a specific piece of information.

Purpose of this Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information SENRAB Tech collects through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, who we may share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients and anyone who contacts us through the site. If you become a client, a separate services agreement may set out additional terms for how information is handled once work begins.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, primarily through the contact and consultation-booking form. That form may include your name, work email address, company name, job title, company size, sector, a description of your main operational challenge, a free-text message, your preferred contact method, and confirmation that you consent to us using the information to respond to you.

The business-case calculators on this site only process the figures you type into your own browser, to produce an illustrative estimate. Those figures stay in your browser and are not sent to or stored by SENRAB.

Like most websites, our server also receives standard technical information from your browser as part of how the web works (for example, your IP address and browser type). We do not currently combine this with analytics tools to build a profile of you — see our Cookies Policy for more detail.

How we collect personal information
  • Directly from you, when you complete our contact or consultation-booking form.
  • Directly from you, if you email us or otherwise contact us about our services.
  • Automatically, in a limited technical way, through standard web request information (see above).
How we use personal information
  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange or deliver a free consultation.
  • To understand your operational challenge well enough to have a useful conversation.
  • To keep reasonable records of business correspondence.
  • To send you information you have specifically asked for.
  • To maintain and improve this website and our services.
  • To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
Lawful bases for processing
  • Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries and communicating with prospective clients in a proportionate way.
  • Consent — where you tick the consent box on our enquiry form, and for any future optional marketing or analytics use.
  • Contract — where processing is necessary to deliver services once a client agreement is in place.
  • Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
Marketing and opting out

We do not currently operate a marketing mailing list. If we introduce one, we will only add you with your consent or another appropriate lawful basis, and every marketing communication will include a clear, simple way to opt out. Booking a consultation or making an enquiry does not automatically add you to marketing communications.

Who we may share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share enquiry details with service providers who help us operate this website or manage business communications — for example, email delivery or enquiry-management tools — strictly so they can help us respond to you. As at the date of this notice, SENRAB has not activated a live third-party analytics, marketing or CRM integration on this website; this notice will be updated if that changes. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information you provide to us, including limiting who can access enquiry information and using reputable service providers where third-party tools are used. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

At the time of writing, SENRAB has not confirmed that any supplier processes personal information outside the UK. If we engage a supplier that stores or processes information outside the UK in future, we will ensure an appropriate legal safeguard is in place — such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision — and will update this notice accordingly.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, including to meet any relevant legal, accounting or contractual requirements. Enquiry and consultation-booking details are generally kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and website technologies

This website uses a small amount of local browser storage to remember your cookie preference, and does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. Full detail is set out in our Cookies Policy.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the lawful basis we rely on, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep.
  • Restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Portability — receive certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@senrab.co.uk. There is no fee to make a request, and we aim to respond within one month.

Keeping your information accurate

Please let us know if any personal information you have given us changes or is inaccurate, so we can update our records.

Third-party websites

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and recommend you check their own privacy notices.

Complaints

If you have concerns about how SENRAB handles your personal information, please contact us first at privacy@senrab.co.uk so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s independent data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this notice from time to time, for example as our services, tools or legal obligations change. The version published on this page is always the current one.
